http://www.metacomm.org/2026Future metaverse systems will connect people, autonomous agents, digital twins, physical devices, and distributed computing resources across different network, service, and administrative domains. Supporting these systems requires not only high bandwidth and low latency, but also dependable identity, trustworthy data circulation, privacy protection, robust distributed intelligence, accountable automated decisions, and resilient operation across the cloud-edge-device continuum.
TNI-Meta 2026 provides a focused forum for researchers, industry practitioners, PhD students, and early-career researchers to discuss trust as an end-to-end property of metaverse computing and networking systems. The workshop connects communication networks, distributed artificial intelligence, blockchain-enabled trust, cross-border data governance, privacy-preserving computation, edge intelligence, digital twins, and 6G/AIoT. It especially welcomes work that studies how trust requirements can be designed, measured, enforced, and audited across data, model, network, service, and governance layers.
Topics of interests include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
Submissions will be reviewed using a proposed double-blind process. Each regular paper will receive at least two independent reviews based on technical quality, originality, relevance, clarity, reproducibility where applicable, and potential contribution to workshop discussion. Authors must remove names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and direct identifying information from the review manuscript. Conflicts of interest will be declared and managed by the organizers. Final review and publication procedures remain subject to MetaCom 2026 confirmation.
TNI-Meta 2026 invites original research papers, system and deployment studies, position papers, datasets, benchmarks, and early-stage research. Manuscripts must use the standard IEEE conference two-column format and be submitted in PDF.
Regular papers must contain original material that has not been previously published and is not under review elsewhere. Forum abstracts will be non-archival. Proceedings inclusion, IEEE Xplore submission, registration, copyright, and presentation requirements remain subject to the final MetaCom 2026 policy.
